David is a part of a high-powered cross-disciplines team with deep ties to SAP delivering the right solutions for our customer's challenges through industry insight, expertise, and innovation.He is a regularly featured speaker at ASUG and SAPinsider conferences globally and co-authored: the book "Mastering the SAP Business Information Warehouse" written with Bill Inmon, the "father of data warehousing"; the book "Central Finance and SAP S/4HANA" with SAP Solution Management; and numerous white papers sponsored by SAP. David started his career in 1995 as a Financials and Controlling (FI/CO) consultant with SAP specializing in financial consolidations, product costing and profitability analysis with expertise in the ERP information systems and tools. David was an FI/CO Platinum Consultant before he left SAP in 1999 to help start up an SAP data warehousing and analytics consultancy that was acquired in 2004 which in turn, was acquired in 2007 for the SAP practice and culture that David built. Thereafter, David built overnight SAP practices at other companies before co-founding TruQua and joining forces with IBM through acquisition in 2020.David is not only an executive but a practicing Finance Transformation consultant with an intimate knowledge of SAP product capabilities since his earliest days with SAP. His skills span functional and technical domains. He has worked with SAP's development team in Walldorf and Palo Alto on numerous occasions in support of applications and initiatives in the S/4HANA, EPM and BI space. He continues to have active and personal ties with SAP's product and solution organizations. He has extensive project experience in implementing complicated global solutions for Fortune 100 companies and is an internationally recognized speaker at various SAP forums and conferences.
