Provides unit-tailored training and advisory support in requesting and employing all ISR capabilities deployed to theater. Assists with assessments of ISR processes and capabilities in theater. Supports TRADOC Centers of Excellence in the development of training and doctrine.Supports units in improving use of ISR assets, staff communication and integration processes, understanding and executing Theater Collection Planning and Requirements processes, and effective all-source intelligence integration. Routinely interfaces with Service, DoD, and special organizations to gain access to current ISR products and TTP in support of courseware development. Assists units in articulating requirements for collection using Joint, Theater, and Coalition ISR capabilities, architectures, and collection management process.Trains units on processes to request ISR support, monitor/track status, negotiate dynamic changes and interact with control nodes and Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) organizations. Ensures the unit can integrate information in support of Lethal and non-Lethal lines of operation. Trains units on capabilities, processes, and products associated with ISR assets in the combat theaters.Delivers training to units at Home Station or mobilization station. Develop training materials for deployed and deploying units which includes the latest threat data based on emerging threats and other intelligence disciplines. Provide ISR research insights with a thorough understanding of lessons learned, best practices, vignettes, and after action reports that address ISR synchronization and integration in current operating environments.

Afghanistan

Served as the Senior ISR Collection Manager for the Afghanistan XXIII (Resolute Support) (USFOR-A) (CJTF-3) directly responsible for overseeing all-source intelligence collection operations, requirements and research in support of CJTF-3 operations throughout Afghanistan. Collaborates with SOF, Conventional, and Afghan Forces with various intelligence professionals to analyze intelligence requirements and recommend timely collection platforms (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and ELINT).

Directly responsible for intelligence operations to include, analytic production, intelligence requirements, and intelligence/physical security (SSO). Former SOCOM TSOC J2’s ISR Division’s Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) overseeing ISR platforms, requirements, collection management for U.S. Korean SOF elements. Assists and advises the ISR Chief/Collection Manager on the development of synchronized collection plans, Commander-level Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs) and managing organic and non-organic assets. Coaches and mentor over 20+ enlisted personnel. Responsible for over $12,000,000 of vehicles and equipment.Lead intelligence exercise planner for 4 JCS exercises; coordinated U.S. intelligence support to over 7k participants, while producing exercise intelligence collection deliverables. Managed and produced over 10k executive-level intelligence products at the tactical, operational and strategic levels across joint and Army staffs.
