I have worked in both B2B as well as B2C sales roles and I have been successful selling to small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies.I've spent the last 8+ years in a sales role, but before that, I was running my own company. In my role as an owner, I was responsible for selling our construction service to new customers. That is where my sales experience started to blossom. Selling a service can be just as challenging as selling a product. Not only that, but I was responsible for making sure that the job was completed in the way I sold it. I learned then, that customer satisfaction is the key to repeat business. At the end of the day, I am selling myself, not just a product or service.
