Used this technology to as key to a $3M ground'up development of the Nautilus platesetter, designed for high quality imaging and sales in competitive Asian and Latin American markets. · Directed the design of patented innovations in flat'field optics, electronic image correction, and low'cost, reliable, material handling. · Lead or directed engineering development and enhancements for all current ECRM platesetter product lines. · Developed multiple OEM imagesetters and platesetters for Agfa, Mitsubishi, Kodak, Western Lithograph and K&F (now Glunz & Jensen). · Purchased polyester platesetter line from Esko Graphics, redesigned and brought $36M manufacturing to ECRM factory in US. Established effective procedures for the streamlined development of new products in an ISO 9001 2000 engineering and lean manufacturing environment.
