Director of Network development with a view to increase the effectiveness of the logistics network to all members. Identification of underserved markets to develop them and hence further extend the worldwide coverage of the SCN group. Implementation of incentive programs for members with carriers to allow both closer collaboration between members and also financial advantages for group membersCommunication enhancement between members including social media requirements. Conference planning of the annual AGM of the group to ensure that the cornerstone of the group's collaboration allows for all members to take advantage of the network's potential.

Responsible for the commercial development focused towards all non-national accounts especially in the following fields:Agency NetworkSourcing, development and follow up of all overseas agents of the Mat Cargo group forming International agent coverage for the group. Includes liaison with agent network associations, credit control, commercial development and campaigns with extensive travel to follow up on targeting, particularly in Far East. Coordination of the agency network with other departments of the Mat Cargo group with especial focus on commercial departments. Above all, forging lasting and mutually collaborative partners for the company.Agency network includes representation on freight forwarding associations, notably ALU where I was a board member from 2012.Project cargoResponsible for the commercialization, pricing and realization of project cargo within Mat Cargo. Projects effected include part charters, oversized conventional cargo, RoRo cargo projects with coordination with sourced agents in other countries to ensure controlled completion of assignments.Key Accounts ManagementIdentification and development of supply chain solutions for key accounts, involving cost analysis, partner and product sourcing, and integrated coordination and control mechanisms between supply chain elements.
