Together with a small team of contractors, we bought & sold a total of 10 properties from 1 bed flats to 5 bed Victorian homes.Taking into account property value, economic trends and zoning ordinances when assessing properties for potential projects, I was responsible for overseeing the acquisition of every property and the subsequent planning during the pre-construction phase. While the renovation and construction work was carried out by the skilled trades people, I held the role of Project Manager once the construction work started.The economic down-turn in 2009 meant we needed to temporarily suspend developing properties however I very much look forward to starting the exciting and rewarding line of work again.
