I am passionate about working on major transactions that will accelerate Australia’s transition to a clean energy future. What I like about being a lawyer is engaging with clients, understanding their business and working together to find solutions to problems. I am passionate about adding value and facilitating transactions, rather than simply pointing out reasons a transaction cannot be done. I am of the view that one of the greatest compliments a lawyer can receive is to be labelled "commercial".My banking and finance experience includes advising renewable energy developers, private equity houses, project sponsors, corporate borrowers and lenders on project finance, leveraged acquisition, corporate working capital, corporate restructuring, property and asset financing transactions, as well as complex, multi-jurisdictional and cross-border financing transactions. I have also worked in insolvency, debt-recovery and financial regulatory compliance, including the consumer credit code and personal property security reforms.
