Lead engineering teams for our warehouse management system, financial & payments integrations, and deployment platform. Managed roadmaps & career growth, developing leaders for each each function. Provided technical guidance on best practices and technical architecture, fostering a DevOps culture of continuous delivery and true ownership of systems.

Starting from scratch, built a bespoke warehouse management system using Ruby, Rails, AngularJS, and Postgres. This system powers all of Stitch Fix's outbound shipping, returns, and inventory intake, scaling from 20 associates in a tiny warehouse in SOMA to almost a million square feet across the country.Also built out Stitch Fix's technical infrastructure using Heroku, RedisCloud, Librato, and PagerDuty. By using all-SaaS products and running no servers, we have a highly sophisticated, heavily monitored, high-performance system that has matched our growth since 2013.
