As an EY partner and the EY Global and America's Health Sciences and Wellness Assurance Leader, I bring more than three decades of experience serving high-profile health care clients. I’ve worked extensively across the health care spectrum—from integrated healthcare delivery systems, healthcare providers and payers, to academic medical centers, physicians groups and life sciences/pharmaceutical organizations. I have deep experience stewarding health care organizations and emerging companies through technical transactions including tax-exempt bond offerings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and international expansion. Additionally, I’m well-versed in both private and public company transactions, having served as partner in charge and SEC review partner on numerous successful IPOs and as coordinating partner for several public companies that have successfully implemented all aspects of Sarbanes-Oxley.I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate an increasingly complex health landscape and identifying and addressing today’s most pressing business challenges and opportunities.
