Responsibilities included all stages of the system lifecycle, and a key role in defining requirements, design, implementation, testing and training.• Project managed the migration of clients and data to the new platform (detailed above). This involved project planning key milestones, coordinating with other key deliverables, e.g. training and marketing, managing the test programme, and defining and implementing data and client migration strategies.

Application DeveloperStar Tek May 2004 - Aug 2005Denver, Co, Us• Developed a web based database driven Call Data Capture system with scripting and conditional branching. The flexible nature of the data capture elements means that it can be used in a number of campaigns, both inbound and outbound. The ease of creating new scripts has reduced the turnaround time for some projects from weeks to days. • I worked as the main developer to produce a dynamically scripted DRTV solution for a high profile media client. This flexible system allows agents to easily capture customer details, handle peak schedules and aids cross-sales of products. It is currently in use in a 100+ seat call centre and has received nominations for awards within Ignite, being described as ‘truly innovative, feature rich and user friendly’ and by the client as ‘one of the best systems they had seen compared to other call centres’.• Produced a QM system to enable ISO 9000 certification for the company. -
DeveloperThinkware Jul 2002 - Apr 2004• During summer 2003 we worked with a major TV company to re-launch their website. Deadlines within this project were fixed in order to link in with re-branding on screen. • I have been a lead designer in creating a structured development environment with automatic versioning and database generation.
