Additionally, introduced the "Behind the Screens" series, showcasing diverse members in print throughout the year.+ Successfully launched the magazine for public sale, sparking community engagement through distribution at the Chicago Architecture Center.

+ Revitalized the chapter by aligning it with AIA brand standards, organically growing social media following by 30.71% in one year, and growing the email subscriber base by 162.37% over two years.+ Led the development of a new AIAChicago.org website from RFP creation, contractor selection, to on-time delivery at 37.62% under budget, which fueled a 52.67% increase in year-over-year traffic, which translates to potential new membership and increased sponsor interest. + Co-created the 'Third Thursdays' event series, driving a staggering 180% increase in sponsorship revenue for the chapter in 2024, while fostering relationships through networking opportunities.

+ Collaboratively led company-wide transition to REVIT, developing a comprehensive training program including lesson plans, training sessions, and BIM standards.+ Facilitated communication and collaboration for ceiling systems across all residential units in 1000M, a 74-story, 832-foot tall tower in the Chicago Loop.
