Providing support to the CPC Expansion Project Contracts Group located in Moscow, Assisting with the review of Contractor Claims. And the preparation of Company claims to Contractors, protecting the interests of CPC-R and the success of the Expansion Project.

Responsible for the development of Deepsea's business in the region and strategic relationships with in country operators, engineering design institutes and local contractors. I am resident in the region and fully comitted to the exchange of technology and the employment of local personnel.

As Project Director providing management and direction on two contracts and supporting our client MRTS (www.MRTS.ru) Both contracts relate to the Kirinskoe Gas Condensate Project, offshore Sakhalin Island. Involving subsea design work, vessel (pipe laying) modifications, subsea pipeline and and umbilical laying, and associated works, utilising Deepseas.

Providing legal and commercial advice to Russian Companies dealing non Russian, European Americal and British companies, managing both risks and opportunities. And providing the same range of services to non Russian companies either already in Russia and/or wishing to enter the Russian market.

I completed my tasks and responsibilities on the ENL (Exxon) Sakhalin 1 Project, I'm and taking a short break, improving my Russian language skills and at the same time looking for new opportunties.

I was assigned to Sakhalin Energy Investment Company (SEIC) operator Shell, by Halliburton Brown & Root, based initially in The Netherlands and then Moscow.
