In 2013 I was one of the founding members to establish the National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB) along with my company, National Residential. The new trade association brings together several leading property buying companies including my own. Hosted and facilitated a series of Nationwide events which connected leading property experts, investors and property novices to share their knowledge and tips.These were featured on the BBC's "The Money Programme" and "The Truth about Property."

In February 2003 I invested in becoming one of the UK largest private landlords, building up a portfolio from scratch worth in excess of £12 million producing £40k cash flow per month. My personal portfolio now stands at 150+ properties.

I worked with my management team and production teams to radically improve the business performance of these lines and turn them into world class business operations. My focus was on streamlining the business, strategic thinking and increasing efficiency.

I worked in the top shift management and operational roles for United Biscuits (McVities). I was instrumental in implementing continuous improvement and flexible working practices amongst many of my shop-floor teams. I was directly responsible for increasing the productivity and profitability of the workforce.
