Innovation, adaptation, research, trend-awareness and capability are the keywords of what I do, to get my job done.Video Conference SME/Integrator. Responsible for the research, design and implementation of 40+ collaboration & meeting rooms on the Teams environment, using a mix of technologies (currently Logitech based).Expertise in service desk management (Incident & Service Request), process improvement, issue resolution, Knowledge management, Change management, Problem management, trouble shooting / problem solving, fire fighting and team wrangling.The role demands an understanding of underpinning technologies & skills, including network administration, Agile methodologies, Cloud technologies, deskside support, mobile technologies, system administration, storage, security, etc.Prior? Procurement (you need it? i could get it), vendor / relationship management, asset management, documentation, & conflict resolution. And anything else required to make the entire Technology Dept work well together.
