With the addition of our new Division Head my focus has shifted to grow our dealer network. With this new direction I play a key role to develop our existing dealer base while targeting dealer which currently do not stock the OGIO Brand. With this new direction and focus, our goal is to rapidly expand our dealer base and retail distribution network of motorsports dealers within the United States.Target motorcycle dealerships in the US to expand the OGIO Dealer Base and Brand Presence within Dealerships. Train Shop Employees on the OGIO Brand and how to upsell the OGIO Product to their customers thus increasing sales. Take existing OGIO Dealers and increase the amount of Business they do with OGIO. Work with new dealers to build recommended order, monitor sales, and ensure they are stocking the right selection then build upon that base.

Developed sales strategizes for the end result to exceed our sales targets. As a Team we have grown over 400% plus in Motorsports since starting in 2004.Worked with National Sales Manager to Train, Hire, & Work in the field with 32 Sales Reps. Have daily contact with the rep force to ensure the growth of OGIO within their territories.Work with Design Team to improve existing products then develop new products. Grew brand exposure by working with athletes, magazines, & industry partners.Helped in the organization of the OGIO Dealer Expo Booth in Indianapolis. Assisted with planning OGIO’s involvement in events i.e. Supercross, Arenacross, FMX, Dew Action Sports Tours, X Games to foster growth in sales for the Motorsports Divison at OGIOMaintained relationships and developed business within extreme sports segment of Action Sports. Maintained partnerships with Rockstar, Red Bull, Monster Energy, NASCAR teams, Supercross Teams, Arctic Cat, Polaris, and others

Opened the first 4x4 accessory shop in Logan, UT. Expanded into building high performance motocross bikes and high performance snowmobiles. Sold parts and accessories to customize 4x4 vehicles and motorcycles.
