2-3 days a week I would leave my typical HR role to assist the sales team during the busy season when they were stretched too thin to get to heat cable bids. Traveled to potential client's homes and businesses to assess potential areas that could be harmed by ice dams and create the most efficient solution for them with our heat cable system.Drew up plans for the crews to follow on installation, ensuring the issue would be resolved while staying within the design specs of the cables.
