Having been working in the catering industry in the past, I have learned how to work under pressure and at a fast passed rate. A career change opportunity appeared and being able to take advantage of it, I am now learning new skills, and improving myself. I have moved from digital marketing to recruitment, growing my knowledge on a variety of industries. At the moment, I am growing and learning about sustainability, the construction industry and the current situation of the climate change prevention developments, through the role I am currently holding at BTS Facades and Fabrications. Being a Sustainability and Specification officer allows me to implement new actions and systems that help towards our Carbon Neutral targets and a better, more sustainable future.
