Acadian Construction is proud and fortunate to work on projects of various sizes, locations, and level of complexity within Atlantic Canada. Our mindset is that we can tackle any challenges using our Acadian Way discipline and open book method to the construction process. Success is not measure by revenue or profit, it is measure by our ability to create relationships and more specifically repeat business or get referrals from our clients. When it comes to projects, we have hung doors for some client, renovated spaces, build gas stations, restaurants, bio energy plants, warehouse, office space, hotels, retail just to name a few. Our construction projects encompasses methodologies such as construction management, project management, design build, lump sum, time and material or even cost plus. Our preferred approach is do what is best for the client and manage the projects as if we were the end user ourselves. As a company, we have a thirst for continuous improvement to enhance our skills and knowledge towards our company and industry. We have educations sessions that give us the ability to help our client’s success:we have had internal education on the National Building code, Cyber Security, Liability and builder’s risk, and even a personal trainer to help us be in the best physical health they can.Some of the projects that are close to our team’s hearts are those that improve the social fabric of our communities. Project like Crossroad for Women, Food bank, SPCA, or Aberdeen Cultural Centre our team takes pride in helping to grow our community. We have had the honor of receiving the 2016 GMCC Community Service award for our initiatives in building a better community. We received the 2017 Expansion Dieppe Excellence in Business Award. To our team, this motivates and validates us that we all have a role to build a better region for ourselves, our families and our future. To achieve this, we all have a duty to roll up our sleeves and start working.
