• Supported Unisys mainframe products: Reporter III, Interactive Query Facility, DMCONTROL and Screen Design Facility Plus, correcting all customer problems within corporate guidelines
• Developed Visual Basic program to combine mainframe DMSII data with data from Oracle or SQL Server for PathMate project, resulting in a Corporate Achievement Award for this work
• Designed and implemented changes to Reporter III to allow processing of COBOL ANSI-85 code
