Conducted extensive relationship building and negotiation with clients to ensure the timely inflow of suitably qualified and experienced personnel across all functional areas of the organisation.

Kabul, Afghanistan

Conceived a flagship plan for reconciliation-focused events to be held across Afghanistan; ‘Peace and National Unity Week’. Subsequently acted as an advisor to the Afghan government’s Peace Council and liaised closely with the British FCO, allies and partners, as well as the international media. Demonstrated sharp political awareness and influencing skills at a national governmental level as well as an ability to foster collaboration in a multinational environment. This concept resulted in a programme of events, including an international peace conference in Kabul, endorsed by Presidential Decree in September 2012. Peace and National Unity Week was subsequently repeated in 2013 and 2014.
