MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• To achieve communication and sales goals;• Manage communication and sales departments, at both unities, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro• Directly responsible for 7 people team• End-to-end management, from budget and team management, planning and deployment of communication campaigns to lead generation, nurturing and conversion.ACHIEVEMENTS• Successful Rio de Janeiro Unity launching campaign, including communication campaign, sales training and management;• Deployment of e-commerce sales channel using Magento Platform, as well as the development of the digital marketing ecosystem around it;• Deployment of online customer relationship system (CRM), integrating all lead sources (e-mail, Facebook, Phone, Online Chat, Contact form, etc) to sales consultants, with automation tools and standard answers;• Development of new promotional policies, anticipating sales and allowing more accurate forecast and campaign adjustments;• Deployment of new website;• New SEO and Content Marketing Strategy, bringing the website to top positions at Search Engine Platforms;• Development of better sales processes, methods, routines and patterns;• Identifying new potential courses, connecting market demand to courses (product) development.
