Founded in 2018 with a focus on endodontics, the organization supports more than 330 specialiasts in over 35 states from coast to coast. In my role as Director of Marketing/Creative Services, I have carved out a unique brand presence in the crowded speciality dental space utilizing an omni-channel market strategy utilizing storytelling to share the success stories of our partner doctors. My team and I also support associate recruitment strategies and the local marketing needs of over 165 brands.

I create and support all digital marketing communication initiatives including campaign development and management for our 3 global offices. I recently launched the company's first ever online community and within 4 months grew the membership to nearly 700 members consisting of JMW’s top clients and leadership training graduates. There are over 1200 members today. As the community manager, I am accountable for all marketing, engagement tracking, content, site maintenance, and training. In addition, I create and distribute JMW’s marketing collateral supporting sales, our web site and our social media channels.A passion of mine is creatively tackling business processes and making them and the people involved more efficient. I am a bit of a “get more done with less” nut and am trained to lead the Productivity and Accomplishment Workshop from Mission Control Productivity, a JMW affiliate company. iRise takes your mobile and web applications beyond prototypes, wireframes and mockups, creating interactive simulations so you can test drive before code. While employed there, I worked with the early alpha releases on the iRise platform. My primary responsibility was to run our market research program which consisted of doing demo's for select F100 clients and providing feedback to our internal development team.

AIMS® designs and develops today’s most complete, powerful, and state-of-the-art software solutions for apparel manufacturers, wholesalers, and importers. While there, I oversaw the marketing of the software product and created various training workshops to increase ROI for our customers and promote adoption of the product. I also was the sales support lead and provided extensive client demo's, trials ROI anlaysis. Later in my tenure I launched and ran an in-house web design studio enabling various apparel manufacturer's to launch web sites enabling them to reach unlimited audiences for their brands and take advantage of the growing, albeit new, trend of e-commerce.
