Ground up Development of YORKsource an innovative outsourcing program aimed at C+ decision makers which effectively bundled York’s capabilities and offerings with third party finance into a total solution for outsourcing a customers HVAC needs. This effectively “de-commoditized” the sales model.Assembled and managed business development and sales team and internal finance and accounting functions. Identified, developed and managed third party finance and asset ownership partners. Created marketing and sales tools and rolled program out across US business unit. Created and refined business and financial structures aimed at resolving accounting hurdles for clients to achieve off balance sheet treatment for assets.

Responsible for development of sales and execution capabilities in key market areas to expand Total Customer Solutions business. Responsible for all pre-sale support activities on Total Customer Solution opportunities.
