First DSM to ever win this award at USF Houston. 1st Place in R & R District promotion and in Mc Cain’s Ocean Eleven DSM Promotion.  Increased weekly sales from $87,000.00 / week to $124,000.00 / week within a 6 month period. Promoted to District Sales Manager in 2002. Won 1st Place in the ISA fishing Trip Promotion in 2000. Opened 53 location Health Care Group that annualized $6 million in sales. Awarded 2 Million Dollar Club in 1999 and 2000. Promoted to Sales Mentor in April 1998 and Health Care Specialist in October 1998.  Won 2nd Place in TSM Spectacular Promotion in 1998. Won 1st Place in Keebler Promotion in 1997.
