Food For Thought is a mental health initiative run by UCC students through the Enactus program. The goal of Food For Thought is to break down the stigma associated with mental health issues among students and provide a welcoming and friendly environment for students to share their worries, anxieties, and stresses using the preparation and eating of food as a catalyst to engaging conversations and reflecting upon their own mental health and how that can be improved.As vice project-leader, my responsibilities vary greatly depending on what needs to be done, some areas where I am heavily involved consistently would be the running of events, liaising with group members and event attendees, preparing feedback surveys, preparing and giving relevant presentations on progress and growth, making decisions on, and developing ideas for expansion and improvements.

Activity Leader with Education First.Responsible for a group of 29-34 children(11-17 years old) in Ireland to learn English with Education First.Lead morning, afternoon, evening activities.Coordinated with management to organize, prepare games+activities with a large emphasis on learning English in fun and engaging ways.Invited to EF's Global Leadership Academy as a result of the hard work and enthusiasm put into the 6 week intensive courses in Summer '18. (1 of 80 globally.)
