This is a start-up gaming software developer and hardware manufacturing Company that I was getting organized for our launch of innovative casino gaming products. That includes establishing accounting and reporting systems for an increasingly complex development and manufacturing environment and preparing and maintaining revenue projections and expense budgeting.

After many years of auditing large and small public and private companies and providing accounting and general business consulting, I transitioned into the Firm's Business Development Executive. I put my many years of client service experience into helping with the Firm's continuing growth.

As a Partner with Peterson Sullivan and the leader of our SEC practice section, I directed audits of larger and smaller publicly traded and privately held companies in a variety of industries, including construction and development, high-technology, SaaS and other service providers, mergers/acquisitions, manufacturing, life sciences, distribution, hospitality/casinos, telecommunications, natural resources, among others. Familiar with international accounting and reporting standards in the context of US client subsidiaries based in Europe and Asia. Served as a significant resource for clients' complex accounting and reporting issues. Provided investigatory and forensic accounting services. Leader/member of our Technology, Life Sciences, and Construction niches and a consultant primarily to start-up/early-stage technology companies. Involved in the management and marketing of the Firm as a long-time member of our Executive Committee and as our Lead Marketing Partner - over those years, we grew the Firm from 50 to 200 staff, becoming the largest local Firm in Seattle, eventually acquired by BDO.

Partner and Firm Administrator in a newly formed Firm of two partners; serving largely private companies and non-profits, but maintaining continued involvement in public companies by providing SEC, U.S. GAAP and GAAS consultation for other CPA and CA firms including Peterson Sullivan LLP.
