My biggest passion, in both my personal life and professional life, is people. As a husband and father of two girls, I'm passionate about making sure my family is taken care of. With two young ones at home, this usually consists of making sure they don't bump their heads and helping my wife balance the busy lives of being two working parents.As a professional, my focus is helping people get better at what they do. This extends to my prospects and clients in giving them the tools they need to be better in their roles as well as my teams in helping them to become better sales professionals.The first 9.5 years of my career were spent in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment space. First, at a staffing agency, where I spent 5.5 years learning the industry. Then, in my first 4 years at LinkedIn, working within our Talent Solutions business helping businesses create world class recruitment strategies for their organizations.I then moved to join LinkedIn's Sales Solutions business, helping to connect buyers and sellers at a massive scale. We work with our clients to make sure they have a strong social selling strategy in place and are leveraging it to drive their businesses forward.Continuing my professional journey, I joined Udemy to help companies improve the way they teach and learn.
