Responsible for updating and refreshing training programs for Fluor’s talent acquisition team. Designed Recruiter Training Academy to better train new employees and refresh existing employees. Created 13 “how to” training videos for Brass Ring to implement self-guided training and reduce overhead costs. Successfully partnered with LinkedIn to design bi-monthly training program for 23 recruiters. Project managed Global Talent Acquisition Training update to train 65 TA and HR staff

Served as Project Lead for the roll out of Fluor’s electronic on-boarding system to improve new hire experience and engagement. Successfully collaborated and rolled out on-boarding system to 16 countries worldwide with $1,000,000 budget. Rollout resulted in a return on investment of over $500,000 while reducing over 1,000 man hours directly related to the onboarding process

Oversaw all human resources and administration functions for the $1B Mariner East 2 Project in Marcus Hook, PA. Responsibilities included but not limited to the following; recruitment, on-boarding & off boarding, employee relations, compensation, community relations, performance management and benefits. Fluor provided procurement, construction and construction management services for Energy Transfer Partners while transitioning an oil refinery into a liquid natural gas facility

Responsible for all human resources functions for Fluor owned AMECO for the Europe, Africa and Middle East Region. Led all human resources activities for ServiTrade after being acquired in 2012. Spent 2 months in Mozambique, Africa hiring and training an HR/IR staff of 3 people. Designed and implemented HR policies for over 500 employees. Successfully led effort to review all employee personnel files to ensure compliance

Supervisory responsibility for 4 Human Resources Specialists overseeing all recruitment activities for Energy & Chemicals projects worldwide

Selected to travel to Calgary, Alberta to guide the construction recruitment team in consistent use of Fluor’s applicant tracking system, BrassRing. Tasked with partnering with human resources operations team to design and implement a consistent recruitment & onboarding process. Successfully led and trained a team of 4 human resources specialists on consistent use of BrassRing. Effort resulted in over 400 hires in an 8 month time period. Worked directly with Construction HR Director to strengthen partnerships with local universities resulting in 20 hires. Served as home office Project Staffing Coordinator for the $9 Billion Kearl Expansion Project in Fort McMurray

Provided recruitment support for various business lines to include the following; Government, Nuclear Power, Power Services, Operations and Maintenance, Mining & Metals and Infrastructure. Served on Traveling Deployment Team for overseas recruitment trips to Bosnia and Macedonia. Resulted in over 800 hires in a 9 week trip for the LOGCAP IV Project in Afghanistan. Assumed Team Lead duties for last 2 weeks of trip resulting in 200 hires. Provided support for the BP Oil Spill cleanup in 2010 resulting in Fluor’s HR Excellence Award

Contracted to Lockheed Martin to recruit, select and hire aircraft mechanics for the Greenville Operations Center. Hired over 100 sheet metal mechanics in a 5 month period. Partnered with the training department to maintain a 90% passing score on sheet metal test for selected candidates. Successfully reduced to time to fill from 45 days to 30 days

Served as lead recruiter & recruitment manager within Aerotek’s aviation division supporting companies in North Carolina and South Carolina. Additionally, served as an account manager tasked with growing the Environmental Division within South Carolina.
