As the Director of Legal Project Management at Steptoe LLP, I lead a team of professionals who apply project management techniques, process improvements, and technology tools to optimize and enhance legal service delivery, add real value, and create genuine partnerships between the firm and its clients. I'm a seasoned expert in managing and assigning value to scoping assumptions in complex legal matters. I have almost 15 years of experience in the legal industry, including as a licensed attorney (with bar memberships in Massachusetts and Illinois).I hold an LL.M. in Global Law and Technology, with a certified specialization in International Law and Business, and I have written and published hundreds of articles on public policy and political economy for major think tanks and public policy organizations. I am also an Accredited Legal Project Manager (ALPM) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as a former adjunct law professor. My mission is to leverage my legal and technical expertise, as well as my passion for innovation and excellence, to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions for the firm and its clients.
