I work as a marketing lead and business development manager for gaming and several Fintech projects, There are mainly three aspects to my job. 1) Business Development: This is where I work with partners who are interested in collaborating with my project. I had to work with dev team to adjust our product, I had to work with partners to coordinate marketing events/campaigns. During which I set up meetings and pitch our project to partners. I managed to on-board many famous names/KOLs and create a strong social media presence through that. Another aspect of the job of BD is to look for new partners and assess whether a crypto project is good. I also had to constantly participate in AMAs and Host AMAs on our media channel. 2) Content marketing: My task is also to come up with catchy content to post on social media (Telegram, Discord, Twitter), this content is usually related to product update and related to current campaign/event that we are running. I had to work with designers to create suitable banners for that announcement. Apart from announcement, I also had to write long articles to introduce the feature and events that are coming (Medium, Substack, Reddit). I also had to come up with a content plan, that sticks to the current campaign and product update. I constantly had 3)Community Manager: This is where I set up the bot for our Telegram channel, Discord channel.
