As a member of the HR Team, I recruited for each internal department (Ad Ops, Audience Development, Branded Content, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Sales, Social Media, Video Production) in addition to planning and executing employee events, delivering weekly new hire orientation, and facilitating employee trainings.

As GA HR's Talent Acquisition Lead, I spearheaded diversity & inclusion initiatives (including the launch of the company's first Employee Resource Group program), talent branding, and talent acquisition reporting, in addition to building out each internal team, starting with Executives, and assuming HR Business Partner responsibilities for specific internal client groups as needed. Beyond this, I developed and facilitated trainings and workshops on interviewer readiness, NY employment law, Greenhouse ATS usage, and unconscious bias mitigation.

At General Assembly, we are creating a global community of individuals empowered to pursue work they love, by offering full-time immersive programs, long-form courses, and classes and workshops on the most relevant skills of the 21st century – from web development and user experience design, to business fundamentals, to data science, to product management and digital marketing. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, I helped build out GA's Instruction, Product, Marketing, Software Development, Design, Admissions, Corporate Sales, Legal, Instructional Design, Enterprise, and Data Engineering teams.

Outbrain serves over 190 billion personalized content recommendations every month and reaches over 561 million unique visitors from across the globe. While at Outbrain, I recruited Sales Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Back-End Engineers, Technical Project Managers, UX Designers, E-Mail Marketing Managers, IT Systems Administrators, Technical Account Managers, Content Development Strategists, Data Infrastructure Engineers, and Interns.

I worked as a Recruiter on Wall Street, specializing in bringing recent graduates with IT experience into the FDM Academy training program to prepare them for placement in technical roles within the financial services sector.

I trained Bluewolf's Recruitment team on the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing strategies using Boolean logic. I also supported the sourcing effort for a variety of Salesforce-specific roles, from Analysts to Developers, and everything in between.

I supported LinkedIn's Global Sales Organization and Talent Solutions Teams by finding top tier talent ready to bring their skills to a company whose goal is the development of economic opportunity on a worldwide scale.

As LatinosInHigherEd's Human Resources Intern, I helped the company build out its internship program by recruiting interns for its other departments. To do this, I scheduled, coordinated and administered phone and in-person interviews to qualified applicants, both with and without direct supervision, and managed over 15 online recruitment databases (reviewing, updating, and posting job descriptions.) I handled the research and registration processes for local career fairs, and attended them with my Manager to facilitate university recruitment.

I was charged with the general wellbeing, interpersonal success, and intercultural participation of 70 upperclassman students in UConn's Garrigus Suites Residence Hall. Together with a team of 10 other RAs, I produced community-building events and programs, conducted new-resident orientation meetings, mediated conflict between residents, maintained the general order and cleanliness of my floor, and interviewed prospective new hires to the Resident Assistant program.

I coordinated the social media portfolio of the University of Connecticut LGBTQ cultural center, conceptualized, produced, and hosted large scale student-run events for the African-American cultural center, implemented social awareness initiatives on behalf of the centers throughout campus, and gave tours to students, parents, and University faculty alike.
