Managing all of the HR needs for Hart InterCivic.

Managing the human resources and recruiting functions for the company. Reporting to the CFO, I spend about half of my time recruiting highly-specialized semiconductor IC and RF design engineers, from the sourcing and initial contact through the screening, interview, offer and onboard processes, along with reporting and administration. I spend the remainder of time on general Human Resources duties, such as managing HR processes, drafting policies, counseling managers and employees, and coordinating company activities.

Recruiting for all levels and types of semiconductor engineers, as well as administrative and support personnel. Managing the compensation programs and structures for the company.

Provide primary HR support to the sales and sales support organization, as well as act as the lead resource on all HR issues for company groups outside the US.

Act as primary Human Resources contact for internal IT Infrastructure employees (over 400 employees). Worked closely with Recruiting group to identify and interview candidates and developed programs for group managers and employees to increase performance, internal promotions and retention, and team spirit.

Manage compensation programs and practices for groups outside the US. Manage company's expatriate program. Act as liaison between international HR leaders and domestic HR program owners on a broad range of HR issues.
