As a Store Director, I lead a team of 40 leaders and 500 team members to drive an ultra high volume, multi level Bronx, NY location

Executive responsible for driving operational excellence and financial profitability in a high volume, unique process Target store. Manage several work centers including Presentation, Price Accuracy, Dayside Backroom and offsite warehouse, Instocks, Signing, and Receiving. Directly supervise 5 team leaders and 350 team members throughout the store. Serve as the store's Safety Captain, Assessment Captain, Inventory Captain and Expense Captain.
