After my software development career, I decided to relocate to Ingolstadt, and in the same step, I went into a whole different part of IT to learn something completely new. I joined a third-level support desk and have been working for Audi with a focus on problem and escalation management.After a short time frame, I started to create automation scripts to handle all of the regular tickets with the same problems. Shortly after this, I was entitled to the technical lead of the support desk, and all the escalation tickets and the creation of ITIL-conform 'problems' were delegated to me.
