Successfully built a dynamic HR department infrastructure to support the company’s expansion plans. Created and wrote the Bank's HR policies and procedure manuals, developed and conducted management training, customer service and selling skills programs, developed, implemented and supervised performance management, talent development systems and employee incentive and rewards programs. Created and executed employee relations and positive work environment initiatives to increase employee morale and productivity. Successfully developed and maintained the company’s Affirmative Action plans and EEO initiatives. Designed and wrote new employee handbook, created and initiated company’s first performance management program, created and conducted company’s first management and supervisory training programs, successfully recruited and hired over 70% of the company’s workforce, and helped design and effectively utilize new Mystery Shopping program.
