Founder of One Four Furniture - a new, innovative approach to high-end home furnishings retail. Ran all aspects of the 'pop up' shopping experience including concept, business plan, buying, day-to-day operations and finance. The concept: to offer new, high-end, quality furniture, rugs, lamps and art at 50% off retail. We were able to do this because overhead is low with a pop-up model. Typically, nearly half of all retail profits go to long term, expensive leases and full-time staff. Our short-term lease and gig workforce approach allowed us to dramatically reduce costs so we could pass savings directly to customers. We combined touch-and-feel retail with online prices - something today's consumers of high-end furniture want.

Sell Staged, a home staging business, offered a consistent revenue stream for JMAD Enterprises between One Four Furniture pop up events. Managed all projects, with help from contracted labor, from pitch, to design and load in/load out.
