Established the Entrepreneurship Club, growing its network to 800 event members.Hosted events featuring industry leaders like Eyal Waldman (Mellanox), Omer David Keilaf (Innoviz Technologies), Yasmin Lukatz (ICON), Kobi Nagar (374Water), and Amit Svarzenberg (Microsoft Innovation).I've founded the club with a vision of how I want to impact and help defined the entrepreneurial ecosystem I think should be in Sapir College. I joined the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center and the Career Center to the initiative, afterward I recruited the initial team and we went on full pilot program for a full academic year.The Club became significant unit inside Sapir College with presence and connections with abroad similar clubs such as Abu-Dhabi Innovation Center, major players in the tech sector and more.I chairmanned the Club, including activity management and more skills such as responsible to social activity and graphics along with my teammates.The club aimed to increase the students' sense of ability regarding entrepreneurship, raising awareness of multidisciplinary roles in high-tech, leadership and innovation.

As a Value Creation Analyst at ResilienceTech Hub (accelerator and incubator), I am entrusted with multiple key responsibilities pivotal to the growth and success of our startup ecosystem. My role encompasses a wide array of strategic and operational duties, including:- Screening Medical Startups: Leading the screening process for medical area startup teams using my background in software and digital health, ensuring we onboard high-potential companies with cutting-edge solutions.- Investor Relations: Managing connections with investors (VC, Angels), fostering relationships that provide crucial funding and support for our startups.- Ecosystem Partnerships: Building and nurturing partnerships with key players in the ecosystem, both in Israel and internationally, to enhance the value we offer to our hub and startup teams.- Grant Applications: Assisting startup teams in applying for innovation authority grants, helping them secure additional funding and resources.- Additional Responsibilities: Engaging in various other tasks that support the overall mission and goals of our accelerator.

The Cyber Club at Sapir ("CCS") College is a spin-off club within the Entrepreneurship Club ("ECS"), this club aim to found a multidisciplinary community which research, discuss and learn on the cybersecurity field and various aspects.The CCS, in contrary to the ECS, will be operate as a seasonal club and will be focused on its beginning in dedicated intermediate-level course with the partnership of Campus IL and The Israeli National Cyber Directorate.This club is only the start of broader initiative to aim to foster the interest of students in this exciting field.

Rebranding of what formerly known as Healife during pilot in SD, CA.

Reborn in a completely new initiative in June 2020.AI-powered software for automated clinical documentation, optimizing healthcare processes.The new initiative was to develop an automated system for transcribing and medical coding of the physician-patient conversation using NLP tools via GCP and AWS systems, and by doing so offering low cost solution to make better medical and more human treatment which can reduce also the errors made in regular treatments and make more cost effective clinics.The early prototype version of the system named "Ruti" After a beloved close friend who lost her life fighting cancer.

The start-up company began in mid-2019 and grown into a full-scale startup in September 2019.The first phase which follow the aim to develop smarter management system for hospital department also went through an accelerator named SID-Tech.Had a pivot in early 2020 to commercialize a BGN research, and eventually shot down in April 2020.Headed a 10-member software engineering team, steering product development and implementation.Devised product strategy, executed market research and user experience studies to guide development.

Supported the R&D department head in project management, overseeing timelines and team coordination.Engineered software solutions for critical defense projects.Led and maintained the R&D electrical laboratory, ensuring operational excellence.In mid 2019, also found a classified project on IAI MLT Innovation Center part of Apprenticeship Program, honing skills in project management.Innovated in unmanned aerospace vehicles and high-energy laser systems.

SID-Tech is an Maof-tech agency accelerator in the city of Sderot, meant to help maturing the area start-ups.I was accepted to the accelerator in November 2019 and there I built my first Digital Health Start-up Healife Systems (1.0) with my A team while being the accelerator Batch 1 course.
