Responsible for strategic planning and critical relationship management Delivering to a $20+ million portfolio that includes Grocery, Health & Wellness, and Convenience sectorsLiaising with 20+ major board accounts comprised of Industry Associations, Retailers, and ManufacturersImplementing new services including Item Centre, ECCnet, Product Recall, and E-Commerce - collectively responsible for reshaping procurement, listing, and sales practices within the Grocery sectorConducting technical pre-sales providing consultative advice and expertise with major retailers to implement complex new software systems (SaaS)Designed Industry Protocols and engaged top stakeholders to win and secure long-term business agreements resulting in the launch of new services and more than $10 million in annual revenue for the companyCreated new programs and industry leading best practices with major accounts that drive efficiencies and remove costs from the supply chainLead a team of directors (Implementation, Standards, Account Management, Business Development) to consistently overachieve while scoring highest company-wide on annual employee satisfaction surveys
