In 2017, I led Sheetz's Big 6 remodel program in North Carolina, and started McDonald's Pittsburgh Region's major remodel program for 133 restaurants over two years.

Managed the maintenance and capital budget for apprx. 150 BP retail service stations in W. PA and E. Ohio.

On the National Helpdesk that dispatched to over 1500 BP stations, I managed advanced level backlogs, troubleshooting flow charts and ran reports to identify costly problems.

Field service technician responsible for the maintenance repairs of over 80 BP service stations.
