The old way of training in a classroom setting wasn’t engaging and didn’t support a continuouslearning experience.My impact:● Scaled the company from zero to $250K in revenue in one year.● Positioned the FAA for acquisition by Model FA to leverage the synergies of the two firms andprovide enterprises and individual financial advisors with the best training, coaching, andconsulting solution in the industry.
