Continued to manage the support team for the legacy proprietary recordkeeping system until fully migrated. Assumed the role as a key player in data mapping from the acquired MassMutual proprietary system to the Empower proprietary record keeping system. I created reporting and performed data cleanup efforts as well as a became a primary business resource for decisions.

Expanded the roles and capabilities of the Record Keeping support team from general business and data knowledge to become the business and recordkeeping application SMEs. Created the environment to allow the team to build advanced SQL scripts for database updates and ADHOC reporting. By using VBA, Access, and Alteryx the team also became a primary resource for general automation and efficiencies for various other teams.In addition to the production support team, I also assumed a recordkeeping UAT group. As an early Office 365 adopter we created processes, notes, task management and workflow using MS Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, and Planner. Additionally, I was responsible for a recordkeeping transaction adjustment team that made corrections to accounts within the regulatory requirements and ensured accurate record keeping.
