In vier modules verspreid over ongeveer 4 maanden ga je langs bij de boer, retail en ondernemers die het anders doen. Daarnaast werk je tijdens verschillende workshops aan je eigen plan of idee, ondersteund door een coachingstraject."

Democracy for Development (D4D) is a think-tank organization which mission it is to influence the development of public policy to accelerate the socio-economic development of Kosovo, and improve governance and strengthen democratic culture in the country. As intern I will be involved in a variety of activities.

Working all sorts of events at this venue, ranging from party nights, political events and big weddings to theater nights, intimate gatherings and dinners. My function here was to be both head bartender and manage the supplies, appearance and other people working behind and around the bar.

Working at a small service station as a checkout assistant, as well as maintaining the shop, placing stock orders, cleaning cars and performing tasks of all kinds.

The summer of 2012 I worked as an intern at Serve the Silenced, an American non-governmental organization raising awareness on human rights violations of minorities in developing countries. For the these months I have lived and worked in Kosovo's capital Prishtina and travelled around the country and region. The work concerned conducting research, writing reports, updating social media, preparing and attending meetings as well as preparing interviews. We also visited many different minorities across the country and kept close contacts with local families.

Tutoring high school students either throughout the year or in preparations of exams in all sorts of subjects as History, Dutch, Sociology/Social studies.
