Responsibilities carried out:• High levels of customer service• Meeting targets• Handling cash and card payments• Dealing and solving complaints• Supporting staff and senior managers• Screening CV’s and new applications as part of the recruitment process for new staff• Conducting phone and face to face interview with potential new staff• Counting stock and doing inventory • Taking orders and looking after customers• Responsible for opening and closing the Caffe• Creating rotas and working shifts
