I am an IT professional with 10 years of experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues within both Windows and Mac/OS X operating environments. With a bilingual background in Spanish, I have helped a growing minority to have access to the services offered by my organization. I currently have an BS in Information Systems Management and hold active CompTIA certifications in A+, Network+, Security+, Cybersecurity Analyst (CSA+), and Project+.
