8/2004-From the day I hired David DeMelo I knew he would become an asset to our organization. David was part of my team and under my management at Ventiv Health with the Watson Contract. During his history in the pharmaceutical sales he demonstrated a strong desire to achieve and learn this new business. He took direction well and exhibited a talent for building relationships and turning those relationships into business.
