Responsible for providing the strategic and operational leadership and direction of technological planning, research and development functions. Change Manager (Since January 2012) As Change Manager I am heading the Change Management Board and leading the Product Management Board. Change Management covers all customer and internal requests to adapt the software to fit in the overall company strategy, on the level of customizations but also requests to adapt the core product. This happens with company and functional stakeholders throughout the organization. The main activity is managing the Change Management process, protecting the customer needs while equally protecting the product strategy. Currently the main focus is re-aligning the process to better fit with the new agile methodology. Leading the Product Management Board includes organizing and managing the board meetings on weekly basis, discussing with Product Management and company Stakeholders from Development, Professional Services and Maintenance to monitor the status of Epics, prioritization of the backlog on Epic or Feature level. Direct Reporting on the backlog towards Product Management, Proposition Manager and the CEO.

Responsible for strategy, process and managing the deliveries of all solutions required by our customers, with as main focus managing software solutions to ensure a seamless integration of our core product into the workflow and strategy of our customers. I started the department in 2008 with 5 people and grew the department to 15 cross functional people in our headquarters and 16 people off shored in Bangalore. As manager I was leading the teams so they became more efficient and effective, this thru knowledge sharing, coaching and strong leadership, keeping focus and making sure that we met our deadlines.
