I have been blessed with a tremendous career leading and managing senior living, post-acute and acute care operations. Experienced with national chains, regional corporations, and stand-alone businesses in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, I bring a vast amount of experience to the healthcare delivery system, aging services, and community associations. Currently, I have the privilege of contributing to the ongoing success of Mercy Ridge. Inc., an unparalleled, mission-driven community located just outside of Baltimore in Timonium, Maryland. In 2014, I assumed the role of General Manager at Fox Hill, Bethesda, Maryland, where I earned my CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) credentials. Previous senior leadership positions in California with Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Services, Mills-Peninsula Health System/Sutter Health, Community for Jewish Living, Guardian Health Group, Forum Group, and Southmark / Retirement Corporation of America, served as a solid platform for my work in and around Maryland. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my passion, compassion, values, entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented leadership style. Community service work has recently included serving as a Commissioner on the Montgomery County, Maryland, Commission on Aging and Co-Chair of the Health & Wellness Committee; Secretary and Education Committee Chair of the Board of Directors of the Strathmore Foundation; Director, Senior Housing Crime Prevention Foundation; and Advisory Board Member at Stella Maris. Encouraging Health Services Administration students to pursue careers in aging services and senior living has proven to be another rewarding community service endeavor. A graduate of Ithaca College's Administration of Health Services program with a minor in Gerontology, I have never lost sight of what inspired me to do my part in creating healthy, remarkable communities wherever I am called to serve.
