Currently practicing immigration law at an international law firm. Previously had my own practice with a focus on the EB-5 investment immigration program. My clients included Regional Centers and project developers for whom I drafted business plans, private placement memoranda, and other legal documents, as well as individual investors who relied on me to represent them with their immigration applications before USCIS.Prior to starting my own practice, I had 5 years of experience in the EB-5 world, as head of a legal department where I assisted USCIS-approved Regional Centers and project developers in drafting business plans, private placement memoranda, and other legal documents relating to EB-5 investment projects. I have also represented over 300 individual EB-5 investors in filing I-526 immigrant investor applications to obtain U.S. green cards. I also perform contract drafting and review, project analysis, and handle various international immigration matters.I previously worked in the litigation department of a large international law firm working on large civil and white collar criminal matters. Areas of experience include complex class actions and mass tort actions, contract interpretation, officer and director misconduct, insurance fraud, SEC audits, environmental litigation, and First and Fourth Amendment defense.
