As superintendent, I was responsible for the implementation of school systems plans, polices, instructional programs, and services, under the direction of the School Committee. I directed and collaborated with district administration to ensure Saugus Public Schools' adherence to district, state and federal policies.Played a lead role in securing a $285,000,000 debt exclusion vote.Merged a current middle school and high school into a new 6-12 complex.Support and oversee an MSBA building project.Began the design and realignment of the Saugus Public School district.
