CurrentWorking as a "swiss army knife/ problem solver" on multiple aspects of the business, to include; commercial/multifamily project engineering in the office on the front end, eliminating points of friction in the field, and delivering the project to the customer on time and on budget. Coaching and mentoring "up and comers" in our company on both technical side as well as the sales technique and theory side of the business. Reviewing sales and profit looking for anything "out of range" and working with the individual sales teams to make it right. Prospecting new business and vetting the opportunity before turning over to sales as well as engaging with our current customers and dealing with any "pain points" so the sales team can focus on the day to day service to the jobsite. Long story short, if there is an issue or problem or special project to get done, I'll take care of it both for our Indianapolis branch and our Nashville TN branch.
